There She Blows

Hurricane Irene is coming to rock my world.
I did a little grocery shopping to prepare for the storm in which I bought frozen food. My brightest moment? Not quite. I think I'll be defrosting  Jolly Green Giant broccoli over a candlelight. If I am not back for a couple of days assume I have lost power (you might also hear my sobs) and have become one of those street hooligans brawling over bottled water.

Let's reminisce about brighter times, like that time (aka yesterday) I met with my brother for lunch. We at at Vapiano, ever heard of it? IT IS SO GOOD! Deliciouso! We had Italian food in Chinatown. Whoops. But actually I don't remember seeing any Chinese food restaurants. Is everything I know a lie?
I had fantastico spinach ravioli and Kevin had some sort of pesto concoction.

So happy to be eating...
Except we totally ate to much and felt the glutenous pain. Luckily, we held our puke in until we left the restaurant.
Ahh good weather, I vaguely remember you. I hope we meet again.
Everyone stay safe! No swimming in Irene's wrathful waters!
